Step 1

Book a consultation
Our consultations last approximately 30-40 minutes and they're carried out qualified practitioners. This is usually done online but can take place in-person if requested.
Step 2

Counselling Contract
Once you've had your consultation, our administrator will send you 4 quick and easy forms to fill out. Once we receive signed copies of these forms we can start the allocation process.
Step 3
​
Counsellor Allocation
We carefully choose your counsellor based on your presenting issues, preference and availability. At this stage we will reach out to arrange your first counselling session.
