Talking Therapy Rooms for Rent
Lot 36 Agency has four (4) therapy rooms for bookings. The occupancy is as follows:
Rate 1 - these rooms are for individual and couples therapy (2-3 persons)
Rate 2 - these rooms are for group therapy or group supervision (up to 13 people)
The rooms can be booked as part of a regular contract block booking (4 hour minimum) or as an hourly ad hoc booking.

These are monthly contracted block bookings.
Our 4 hour session blocks are:
8 am – 12 noon = £40
1pm – 5pm = £50
5 pm – 9 pm = £60
Our daytime block is:
8 am – 5 pm = £80
Our all-day block is:
8 am – 9 pm = £140
Our Saturday blocks are:
9 am – 1 pm = £40
2 pm – 6 pm = £50
All-day = £80

Rate 2 Rooms

Ad-Hoc Bookings
These are hourly ad-hoc bookings.
Our weekday hourly rate is:
8 am – 5pm = £18 (Rate 1)
8 am – 5pm = £30 (Rate 2)
Our evening hourly rate is:
5 pm - 9pm = £25 (Rate 1)
5 pm - 9pm = £40 (Rate 2)
Our Saturday hourly rate is:
9 am – 6 pm = £18 (Rate 1)
9 am – 6 pm = £40 (Rate 2)
