I offer a relational, anti-oppressive approach to therapy, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT perspectives. My work is grounded in a deep commitment to justice-informed practice, supporting clients to navigate trauma, identity, and complex life experiences with compassion, cultural attunement, and thoughtful clinical insight.

 I am a BACP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with a master’s degree in psychology and a background in social science. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space tailored to each individual, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to support clients through anxiety, depression, and self-acceptance. I have a particular interest in supporting marginalized communities and uses gender, LGBTQIA+, and feminist theory to inform my practice.

Through my experience of counselling, I’ve come to believe that even in life’s more difficult and uncertain moments there is the potential for growth, deeper understanding, and renewed hope, and I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel supported as you move forward at your own pace.
