As the Agency Administrator, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, manage client bookings, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I also make sure our trainees feel supported throughout their journey, always being available to answer questions, provide guidance, and create a professional and welcoming experience for everyone.

I aim to provide a safe, compassionate space that balances insight with practical tools, helping clients develop self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
