Room Rental / Hire

We have a standard room available for hire on an ad-hoc or monthly block booking basis.

​Standard Room  - this type of room is suitable for up to 2-3 people

What we ask...

  • You must be fully qualified or near completion of your studies

  • Your membership or registration with a professional body with whom you adhere to their Ethical Framework, Code of Practice and Principles​

  • Your liability or indemnity insurance certificate

What we offer...

  • Fully serviced café

  • Reception area

  • Fully secured

Hourly Rate

Ad-hoc                                            £20

Monthly block booking                    £15 ph

(minimum 3 hours per day)
