Therapy Options
At Lot 36, we offer a range of professional mental health and wellbeing services in London. All sessions can be delivered in-person or online, giving you complete flexibility and privacy. Our team includes trainee and fully qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, and life coaches.

Individual Counselling
Our counselling sessions give you a safe, confidential space to explore your feelings with a counsellor. This service is ideal for stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem concerns, or general emotional wellbeing support.

Family Therapy
Family therapy helps improve communication and resolve conflict within family systems. You and your family members (minimum of three people) will work with a qualified counsellor to understand patterns, strengthen relationships and develop healthier ways of interacting.

Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy offers deeper exploration of long-term emotional patterns, trauma or ongoing mental health concerns. You will work one-to-one with a qualified psychotherapist who will support you in understanding underlying issues and developing lasting change.

Pastoral Care
Pastoral care provides emotional and practical support for life’s challenges. You’ll receive one-to-one guidance from a qualified counsellor who can help you navigate stress, transitions or personal difficulties in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust and strengthen their relationship. A qualified counsellor will work with both of you to explore challenges and develop healthier ways of relating.

Life Coaching
Life coaching focuses on helping you set goals, improve confidence and regain direction. You’ll receive one-to-one sessions with either a life coach. A great option if you're feeling stuck, facing transitions or want structured personal development.
